Terms & Conditions for CE Bricklaying & Construction

1. All building materials and any other materials provided by the contractor (CE Bricklaying & Construction) will remain the property of them until the final balance is paid, unless otherwise discussed in the quote. If the Customer has purchased the materials in previous invoices this is then the property of the customer.

1a. After the final balance has been paid and cleared the customer then takes ownership of the materials that have been used to carry out the project.

2. The main contractor being CE Bricklaying & Construction may use sub-contractors and they will take full ownership of their third party liability.

3. All payments are made by bank transfer, cheque or cash. A receipt will be given and clearly detailed for any payments made.

4. All client information will be kept confidential to CE Bricklaying & Construction.

4a. For any unforeseen circumstances or difficulties arising, the quotation price can be revised to reflect the circumstances which have changed.

5. We at CE Bricklaying & Construction will endeavour to always have a positive and helpful attitude throughout our projects.

5a. If for any reason there is a payment due but cannot be met by the date requested in the quote; this must be discussed with the contractor (CE Bricklaying & Construction). If failure to make any communication and no payment is made, the job will become suspended until the situation is rectified. 

6. A booking fee will always be taken 7 days acceptance of the quote, this is NON refundable, the booking fee secures your booking and if in any circumstance you do not follow through with the project paid for the booking fee covers a percent for loss of work

7. Any work that the customer deems  needs revisiting after the project has finished will be considered and investigated by CE Bricklaying and carried out, anything after 14 weeks the project is complete this is classified as wear and tear and will be re quoted to carry out any work.

8. For any large projects over 5k, stage payments will be taken and arranged with the contractor and customer.
